Alice Whitfield became CEO of Quality Control Systems Corp. in 1990. She served with great dedication until 2017. Alice managed and led our work, guided by a lifelong commitment to public policy research. Her organizational ability as well as her devotion to accuracy and detail were remarkable. Those strengths, together with her technical, legal, and writing skills, made possible what success we have ever had. The privilege of working alongside Alice for more than twenty-seven years has been a great gift for our shareholders and contractors. It is a gift that cannot possibly be repaid or adequately acknowledged. |
