Alice Whitfield is CEO of Quality Control Systems Corp. She specializes in:
• legal research and writing
• computer programming
• database management
• insurance applications

Alice has been a technical writer and legal researcher for Quality Control Systems since 1990. She also manages database system development and statistical programming projects.

Previous work experience in environmental policy consulting and public policy research:
